  • Q : What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), bank transfers, GoPay, ShopeePay and other e-wallets via QRIS. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Midtrans and PT. Kinerja Inovasi Nusantara.

  • Q : Can I choose the currency I pay in?

    We process payments in Indonesian Rupiah. If you are ordering from a country with a different currency, your order will be converted according to the daily exchange rate set by your bank or card provider.

  • Q : Can I exchange my order?

    Yes! We know shopping online for clothes and getting the perfect fit is a nut job (let alone for things as snug-fitting as leggings and sports bras!), so we want to make it a worry-free experience for you. If you’re not happy with the fit, please click here to get an exchange started.

  • Q : Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    Hmm, because orders are shipping as fast as possible, you may not be able to make any changes to your order, including billing/shipping address. If you need to change something, please contact us immediately at hello@kinandally.com and we’ll help you the best we can. If we’re unable to accommodate, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

  • Q : I think my package is lost somewhere, or stolen.

    Ugh, that’s so frustrating. Please contact the courier for more information about your order. We can’t be held accountable for lost or stolen packages once they’re shipped.


  • Q : When will my order ship?

    Orders ship out within 1-2 business days the latest.

  • Q : How long does delivery take?

    For orders placed in Indonesia, it may take 4-7 business days for shipments to arrive. Note that we can’t guarantee ship time to addresses located outside of Indonesia. Please allow for additional shipping time.

  • Q : Do you ship internationally?

  • Q : What’s the return policy?

    We hope you love your new kit, but if for any reason you’re unsure, don’t stress! You can easily return it to us within 14 days (for domestic orders) and 21 days (for international orders) since you place your order.
