RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Returnable/Exchangeable Items: Clothes (Bras, Leggings, etc.).

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: Accessories (Mats, etc.).

 

Our policy lasts 14 days for domestic returns and 21 days for international returns. If 14 and 21 days have gone by since you place your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Kindly record an unboxing video. We don't accept complaints without evidence. 

 

For domestic returns, start by entering your Order Number and Email or Phone Number here and carefully follow these easy steps:

  1. Select your replacement item or receive a refund in store credit, which you can immediately spend at our store.
  2. Select your preferred return method: pickup from home or dropoff at the nearest courier office.

For international returns, please email returns@kinandally.com with the subject line: "INTERNATIONAL RETURN: [ORDER NUMBER]"

 

Please don't proceed with the return if you don't fulfill the criteria. We reserve the right to reject your return. Rejected return will be sent back to you at your cost.

 

For incorrect or damaged items, we'll be responsible for all return shipping fees. For size-and-fit, change-of-mind, or preference-based returns, you'll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Note that we're not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

 

Please note that we don't issue cash refunds. We issue store credit refunds only. Store credit will be issued after our warehouse team has received, inspected and approved your items.

 

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

 

Sale, coupons and shipping fees are not refundable and cannot be returned to your store credit.  

 

 

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
