Job Brief

We’re looking for an active and proactive Customer Experience Associate who doesn’t just respond to inquiries — but initiates meaningful connections. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships: from guiding new customers, to re-engaging long-lost ones, and ensuring every interaction reflects Kin + Ally’s care and values.

If you’re tech-savvy, empathetic, and curious about how AI tools can make customer service more seamless, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and website chat with warmth, accuracy, and brand tone.
  • Actively reach out to existing and past customers — re-engage, upsell, and build loyalty through personalized communication.
  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to continuously improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and after-sales support.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining AI automation tools (like chatbots or autoresponders) to enhance efficiency.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve the overall customer journey and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor — you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (experience with CRM systems or AI chat tools is a big plus).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to multitask without losing track.
  • Self-motivated with initiative to follow up and take ownership of customer relationships.
  • Available to work full-time at our office during regular hours, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM).
  • Willing to respond to customer inquiries during weekends remotely as needed.

About Kin + Ally

As our events continue to grow — from intimate yoga classes to large-scale collaborations with hotels, studios, and brands — we’re looking for a detail-driven and energetic Event Operations Associate to help bring it all to life.

Job Brief

This role is perfect for someone who loves organizing, planning, and seeing ideas come to life. You’ll be responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes details that make our events seamless — from coordinating with partner brands and venues to ensuring our yoga mats, goodie bags, and decor are prepped and ready.

You’ll work closely with our team to handle logistics and communications leading up to each event and be on-site during event days to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with brand partners, sponsors, and vendors for collaborations, goodie bag contributions, and event participation.
  • Assist in venue sourcing, booking, and preparation for each event.
  • Ensure all required Kin + Ally equipment (especially yoga mats) are available, transported, and returned properly.
  • Prepare event materials such as signage, decor, participant lists, and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Support internal and external communications — including timelines, checklists, and event rundowns.
  • Supervise and manage event operations on-site (usually during weekends).
  • Assist with post-event reporting, feedback gathering, and documentation (photos, inventory, etc.).

    Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — you thrive under deadlines and love structure.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities (written and verbal).
  • Energetic, resourceful, and proactive — you take initiative to get things done.
  • Available to work full-time at the office, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM), and attend weekend events when required.
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other project management tools.
  • Passionate about wellness, events, and brand collaborations.
  • Preferably based in Jakarta.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have prior experience in event management, operations, or project coordination.
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and enjoy curating event setups and decor.
  • Are familiar with the wellness or lifestyle industry.
